Welcome to the first post from the Product team about our most recent release.
We’re adding some cool new features this month, and we wanted to tell you about them. Our goal as a team is to make sure that we make it easier for you find and order your supplies, with more tools, less trouble, and faster checkouts. Expect more posts like this in the future as we continue to roll out new ways to make your life easier.
This month’s features are all about making it easier to check out.
Flexible minimum order sizes:

Ever needed a few items, but you can’t meet the minimum? Or do you have a small storage room and you can’t fit big orders? You’ve told us time and again that large minimums are a real barrier to placing orders. No longer! Now if you have an order that’s below the minimum, you can get it delivered for a flat fee.
Checkout by credit card or terms:
Want to order the minimum this time? Place orders of any size for a flat delivery fee.
Today we offer a variety of ways to pay, but you’ve told us often that you want to place your orders and have them charged automatically to your business' credit card by hitting "Credit Card" Now you can! Want to continue to pay on terms? Just hit "Pay by Terms" when you go to check out.
Reorder on the web:
In our conversations with customers you've told us that that you often order the same items and quantities week after week. We now support the ability to reorder past orders with one click! With just a few clicks, you can pick from your past orders and have them replicated in your cart for review. You can now do this both in the mobile app and on web.
We love talking to customers about their experiences with ChefHero, and getting their thoughts on how we can improve in the future. If you’re interested, just let support know via the in-app messaging and we’ll set it up a time to chat!
As always, if you have any questions about how to use these new features, or just want to make sure you're getting the most out of ChefHero, reach out to our support team and we'll be happy to give you a walk-through.
